We ship daily to the UK, USA and Europe:
UK 2-4 business
days USA 3-6 business days using special low cost shipping
(tracking number will be provided upon shipment) Europe 3-5
business days using low cost shipping For all other countries not
listed delivery will be 3-6 business days
All of our
deliveries are sent by fast courier delivery and are fully insured
against loss or damage. We believe in sending your items using
leading courier services, so you can rest assured that your order
will be in the best of hands. International shipping
charge
For larger
orders shipping may be slightly more. We will confirm shipping
charges when the order is placed. UK shipping charges
UK orders of £150 - £600 = £8.50
UK orders over £600 may
incur a slightly higher shipping charge to cover insurance charges
and extra weight. Please checkout and pay as normal using the flat
rate £8 charge. We will send you a separate money request if any
extra charges are due. Is TAX added to your order?
UK: 17.5% VAT will be added to your order USA: No tax will be
added to your order EU: If you have a valid EU registration
number you will not have to pay tax. Please provide this when you
place your order or this could delay shipment of your order. EU
customers who do not have a valid EU number will be charged VAT at
17.5%. We will invoice you for the extra money once you have paid
for your order. Outside EU: All other countries outside the EU
will not pay any tax Payments
We
accept several payment methods, starting with the most preferred:
1. PAYPAL: All Credit and Debit cards accepted including
worldwide transactions. This service is most recommended for buyers
outside the UK. Paypal is a fast, easy and safe way to make your
payment. Once you have decided to place an order simply select
Paypal in the checkout. You can even make a payment with out being a
registered Paypal member.
2. Credit and debit cards over the
telephone (UK only). Please call 0871 9187 163.
3. BANK
TRANSFER (worldwide service) If you would like to send your
payment via bank transfer please e-mail us and we will send you the
necessary details. Returns
We accept
returns within 3 days of receipt of your goods. Please note there is
a 15% restocking charge and postage is non refundable.
